Business plan

Scoring Matrix

In order to establish whether your business serves a material economic Dutch interest the business plan will be assessed by the Ministry of Economic Affairs by means of a scoring matrix existing of 3 parts:
  • Personal experience (education, professional experience, entrepreneurial experience)
  • Business plan (product or service description, market survey and analyses, financing, organization chart, balance sheet, profit and loss account)
  • Purposes which serve the material economic Dutch interest (innovativeness, job creation, investments)

The maximum score for all components is 300. The minimum score is 90, which should exist of 30 points for each part.
